Check out this Interview I did a few weeks ago, with one of my clients, Sarah

Sarah has now been training with me for 9 months

before Sarah signed up to me, she was ‘inbetween gyms’ and slowly slipping into a bad routine

After a free week trial, Sarah signed up to one of my programs….

Sarah attends my Women only weight training sessions as well as my Women only Boxing sessions, and she trains with me 5 times a week
