Tomorrow, I will be holding a nutrition seminar after the boxercise session.
I will be going over the following subjects:
Protein – how much do I need? Where do I get it from? Can I have protein drinks? Etc
Carbohydrates- how much do I need? When do I have them? What kind shall I eat? etc
Fats – what ones shall I have? Should I avoid them etc
This is a continuation from what I spoke about last week, which was calculating you’re bodyfat% and then working out how many calories you/ we, should be eating
I will also go over the 90 day action plan, and making sure everyone is on target to meet their 90 day outcomes
The session will start at 11am and will finish at 12pm, Liverpool Cricket Club, Aigburth Rd
