This is normally the time of year, when I’ll come across some clients, who have already switched off from their final goals of the year. 
“Awww, cant be bothered now. I’ll wait till next year. I’ve got my Christmas dress, no need for me to lose anymore weight. It’s too cold. It’s too dark etc etc”

Personally, I still have a lot of big goals to achieve this year. In fact, I’m putting pressure on myself to achieve them. 
As I write this, there’s still about 61 sleeps till Christmas, which means plenty of time to still achieve things this year
You could still lose 1 stone in weight within that time, or maybe drop a dress size. 
Don’t wait till next year. There is still time – MAKE IT COUNT
