Accountability is one of the key things you need to have in place, when working towards goals, hence, why I make sure everyone who attends my classes/ programs, is being held accountable with someone

Here’s an interview I’ve just recently done, with one of my clients Sarah

Sarah had been training at home, doing 20 – 30 minute workouts, for about 18 months, until she started getting bored with it, and wasn’t really getting the results she desired

She then decided to do some boxing training, and came across my classes

‘I wanted to join something that had committed people, and I liked the look of your classes, plus, it looked like it had a lot of regular people’

Sarah then booked in for a Free Week trial

‘The classes were great. All the women were lovely and I definitely wanted to do more if it’

Sarah then signed up to my 6 week program. In fact, it’s 7 weeks now since she first started

‘I’m a lot fitter now and feel more confident, but not only that, the accountability has been a big thing. Because I’ve been working with more or less the same partners throughout the period, I felt that I had to turn up for them. I didn’t want to let them down’
