If you’ve been attending my training sessions, then that’s cool

However, if you’re on this email list and you haven’t attended yet, then I’ve got a good idea why you’re here

During this time, I’ve possibly training about 1000 women. I currently train about 50 different women each week at my classes and private sessions.

I will offer coaching and mentoring sessions ( which are now included in the packages ), that will help you stay on track. I will educate you about food and achieving the right mindset
