Tone your Abs with lying leg raises


Recently at my Boxercise classes, we have been doing Lying Leg raises to work the stomach and core area. In the video, the exercise is demonstrated by people working with a partner. This is probably the best way to execute this move, although it can be done on a bench or hanging from a pull up bar
Exercise:

Person who is doing the exercise will lie flat on their back and hold partners ankles. They will then kick their legs up towards partners chest and then lower back down towards floor. Don’t let the feet touch the floor. When the person kicks their feet up again, partner will catch the feet, and then push feet down towards floor. Try 10 repetitions going up and down. When you have done this, try making circles with your legs, by either moving out to the right, or to the left , so you are attacking the whole of the abdominal area.
