Weight Training for Women. 4 week program for Christmas

Due to demand and interest, I will be doing a special, 4 week weight training program, that will take you up until the end of December. The current programs I am teaching are due to finish in the next 2 week, but because of the interest, I’ve decided to put another short program on throughout December. At the beginning of January, a new 12 week program will then start. Placed are limited for the 4 week program. The photo here shows one of my clients, Pam Lewis, who was a size 20 when she started training with me, 12 months ago, and is now a size 12. My latest video on YouTube is of her doing a Back routine, which she has been following over the past few weeks as she now works towards a size 10.
