Well, all of a sudden it’s that time of the year
It’s around so quickly doesn’t it
Here is a list of the classes that are going to be on next week and over Christmas:
Monday 18th – Boxercise 6.15pm. Weight Training 8pm
Tuesday 19th – Boxercise 6.15pm and 7.30pm
Wednesday 20th – Boxercise 6.15pm 7.45pm
*The late classes on Tuesday and Wednesday may not be on yet as it will be a quiet week
Thursday 21st – Weight training sessions ( last session of current 12 week program )
Thursday 28th – Weight training session ( Catch up session )
Wednesday 3rd January – 6.15pm and 7.45pm Boxercise. Boxercise classes will go back to normal
Thursday 4th January – Weight training session ( catch up session )
Monday 8th January – New 12 week weight course will start
PLEASE NOTE: The Boxercise classes will be made a bit smaller and a new course will start on Wednesday 3rd January. To apply to join, please click on the following link:
