1. Get focussed in the gym. Maybe use your phone or MP3 player to provide motivating music 
2. Vary your workouts. Add in different classes to mix up your current exercise routine 
3. Stick to lean proteins 
4. Have healthy snacks throughout the day to keep your metabolism ticking over.
5. Focus on the Now. Olympian athletes will have an end goal in site and, sometimes, the thought of sticking to rigid exercise and diet routines can be monotonous. Focus on the now and enjoy the process of getting fitter and stronger
