Just to let you know that I have now uploaded my latest video to my You Tube Chanel. In the video, I interview one of my clients, Jill, who has been working on my current “Women only weight training group” for the past 6 weeks. Within this time, Jill has lost 6lbs of fat. She also feels stronger, fitter and more confident with using weights. And

not only that, she now feels a lot better in her clothes. 
At the beginning of September, Jill signed up to the 12 week weight training program. The weight training group are now currently half through their program. During this time, Jill and the group have been working through a weight training program that focuses on all the major muscle groups of the body. Not only will you gain some muscle tone by doing this, your body fat % will drop and you will start feeling more confident when going to a gym to use weights.
