Would you like attend 4 weeks of private weight training sessions, absolutely free?
There’s only 4 weeks left now on my current, ‘Women Only Weight Training’ program,
and I am looking for just 1 more woman, to attend the sessions, absolutely free, in exchange for a video testimonial at the end of the course
The only way to change the shape of your body, is through weight training
Cardio training, and other classes will take you so far,
but to really change the shape of your body and get your body fat % down, you have to use weights
For the next 4 weeks, you will do 2 weight training sessions a week
Focusing on upper body and lower body
depending on availability, you will also be entitled to do 2 boxing sessions a week
The aim of the 4 week course is to see how much body fat % you can lose, during the 4 weeks
I will also take your measurements at the beginning of the program, and at the end
all I ask for in return, is a video interview with myself, at the end of the course
Taken from my website, here is a list of the benefits of weight training for women:
7 Benefits for Women lifting weights:
1 Faster Metabolism
2 Muscle is more metabolically active than fat, therefore you are burning more calories while at rest
3 More Calories burned
4 Muscle takes up less space than fat. 1Lb of resting muscle can burn between 30 – 50 calories daily compared to fat, which burns no calories
5 Reduction in Body fat %
6 As you gain more muscle tone, your body fat % will come down and therefore creating a more sexier shape
7 Increase in Energy
8 Resistance training causes an increase in energy expenditure, hours after you train. Strength will also elevate your level of endorphines, helping you elevate your mood
9 Heart Health
10 Weight training can lead to a drop in blood pressure as well as decreasing waist circumference and elevated glucose levels
11 Bone Health
12 As you age, you are at risk of losing both muscle and bone mass. Post menopausal women are at greater risk of osteoporosis, because the body no longer secretes estrogen. Resistance training is an excellent way to combat loss of bone mass and it decreases the risk of osteoporosis
13 Better Quality sleep
14 Strength training greatly improves sleep quality, aiding in your ability to fall asleep faster, sleep deeper and wake less often during the night
If I was to charge for this course, it would be almost £200
I am only giving away 1 space for this, to a women who is committed, and will put in the required effort
to apply, please get in touch with me, asap, and tell me why you should do this 4 week course
