I feel disgusting

LLast weekend, the weather was lovely, which was an indication that Summer is on its way ( although you wouldn’t think so towards the end of the week – brrrr )

What the warm weather does though, is make people feel even more sensitive about their weight or shape

“I feel disgusting”

One lady told me last week

“I really struggle in the heat. I sweat too much and I feel really uncomfortable”

It’s not uncommon for someone to say this to me

It’s probably the main reason why they get in touch with me in the first place

Thing is, it doesn’t have to be like this

Just doing a bit of exercise, some tweaks in your diet, can make all the difference

On average, my clients lose 8lbs within the first 4 weeks of training with me

So to drop a dress size in the next 6 weeks is realistic

If you were to do this, you will be a dress size smaller, just in time for the summer

You’ll feel a lot more confidence,

More energy,

And won’t be wearing baggy or sweaty clothes either
